Extensive discussions between WagerLogic and marvel Enterprises (WagerLogic initially indicated that Marvel’s agreement with Playtech was a breach of contract on Marvel’s part) have now resulted in WagerLogic’s contract being extended by another year, till 2014.

On the flip side, the contract is no longer an exclusive one, something that Marvel has managed to balance out by reducing the cost and adding new games. Also, the new agreement sees WagerLogic being able to provide Marvel slots to players on mobile phones as well.
